  • Payment details when processing orders (these are handled securely by third-party payment processors).

4. Bookings for Events

You can book our themed events, such as breed meets and group activities, through our website.

Booking Process:

  • Select your event, date, and time from the available options on our website.

  • Complete the payment to secure your booking. Payments are made online through a secure payment gateway.

  • Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the event details.

Event Policies:

  • Bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, staff shortages). In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your dog’s vaccinations are up to date when attending our events.

  • A maximum of 2 humans allowed to accompany each dog at our events, this is to ensure there is enough room for the dogs to run around and play.

  • Please ensure your dog is comfortable socialising with others; dogs displaying aggression or an inability to socialise during events may be asked to leave and no refund will be offered in this case.

  • Participants are expected to maintain and control their dog's behaviours for the duration of the event, any unacceptable behaviour that is not instantly corrected or is repeated will result in your dog being removed from the event.

  • Staff will be on hand to clean up after dogs at our events, however there is a poo bag station and a mop if we don't get there in time.

  • Any damage caused by the dog is solely the owners responsibility, in the event of damage occurring the owner will be invoiced appropriately with payment expected immediately.

Health & Safety:

  • Dogs showing signs of illness or disease should not attend any of our events.

  • The organisers reserve the right to remove dogs displaying aggressive behaviour,  posing a risk to others or showing signs of illness.

  • Females in season can't attend our events.

General Event Policies:

  • Participants attend our events at their own risk, the organisers are not responsible for any injury or damages incurred at the event.

5. Sales and Orders (Online and In-store)

You can purchase a variety of dog-related products from our online shop or directly at our daycare centre.

Payment Methods:

  • Online: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (credit cards, debit cards, etc.).

  • In-store: We accept card and cash payments.

Order Collection:

  • All online orders must be collected from our daycare centre. We do not offer delivery at this time.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation for verification. 

  • Orders must be collected within 7 business days after the notification. Failure to collect may result in the order being cancelled without refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

At Paws and Play Daycare Ltd, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with the products you purchase.

Return Policy:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been collected from our daycare centre. Please inspect your items at the time of collection to ensure they meet your expectations.

  • If a product is found to be faulty, please contact us immediately at info@pawsandplaydaycare.co.uk or call 07858616999. Faulty products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and if the product is deemed defective, we will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Shipping and Collection

Currently, we do not offer shipping services. All purchases made online must be collected in person from Paws and Play Daycare Ltd.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

Event Bookings:

  • Cancellations for events can only be made up to 48 hours before the event for a partial refund (50%). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Product Orders:

  • If you wish to modify or cancel an online order, please contact us immediately at info@pawsandplaydaycare.co.uk or call 07858616999. Once an order is prepared for collection, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while attending our daycare, events, or using our services/products.

  • Owners are responsible for the behavior and safety of their dogs during events and while collecting products from the daycare centre.

10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of Paws and Play Daycare Ltd. and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of our content without our express written permission.
