Cancellation Policy

You can book our themed events, such as breed meets and group activities, through our website. Booking Process: Select your event, date, and time from the available options on our website. Complete the payment to secure your booking. Payments are made online through a secure payment gateway. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the event details. Event Policies: Bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, staff shortages). In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund. You are responsible for ensuring your dog’s vaccinations are up to date when attending our events. A maximum of 2 humans allowed to accompany each dog at our events, this is to ensure there is enough room for the dogs to run around and play. Please ensure your dog is comfortable socialising with others; dogs displaying aggression or an inability to socialise during events may be asked to leave and no refund will be offered in this case. Participants are expected to maintain and control their dog's behaviours for the duration of the event, any unacceptable behaviour that is not instantly corrected or is repeated will result in your dog being removed from the event. Staff will be on hand to clean up after dogs at our events, however there is a poo bag station and a mop if we don't get there in time. Any damage caused by the dog is solely the owners responsibility, in the event of damage occurring the owner will be invoiced appropriately with payment expected immediately. Health & Safety: Dogs showing signs of illness or disease should not attend any of our events. The organisers reserve the right to remove dogs displaying aggressive behaviour,  posing a risk to others or showing signs of illness. Females in season can't attend our events. General Event Policies: Participants attend our events at their own risk, the organisers are not responsible for any injury or damages incurred at the event.
